So I was trawling around the internets looking for some suitably unusual music to lift my spirits when I came across a podcast and culture website called Spannered, which has one of the bassiest 8-bit podcasts I’ve ever heard from a chap called Quarta 330.
I think its ruddy brilliant, but if, like 97% of the population, you think 8-bit belongs in the 80s, Spannered also has 65 other podcasts ranging from a Dancehall set from Dub Boy to a Grindcore set called The Kneel Before Zodcast.
The podcasts haven’t been updated in a while, but their blog is still going and there’s plenty of other musical goodies, like this Scotch Egg Music Video.
